What you’ll learn

This program is a one-stop shop for all holistic face care techniques. You don’t just learn Face yoga—you’re learning the most effective modalities that actually work.

The Science & Anatomy

Unlike other programs that exist, here you learn the deep anatomy and science behind each technique and movement. You will never be left guessing at what you’re doing, and you’ll always have a deep understanding of the why behind your results.

Face Yoga

You will master the 35 most effective exercises for each part of the face. You’ll learn the exact right way (and the wrong way) to perform each movement, and understand how to customize routines for various face shapes and aging types.

Facial Massage and Fascia Work

Learn specialized techniques and flows to lift the face and address asymmetry, fine lines, and wrinkles. You will also learn intra-oral / buccal work to release jaw tension and TMJD.

​

Lymphatics

We cover Face Cupping, Dry Brushing, and Lymphatic facial massage using specialized flows to depuff, sculpt and bring instant radiance back to the skin. You will also learn specialized techniques to reduce sinusitis, headaches, and jaw tension. 

 

Face Taping

You’ll learn the various applications for each area of the face, find out which tapes are actually safe, and identify exactly which skin types should avoid it.

Acupressure

Learn to release facial tension and connect the dots between our emotions, our health, and specific points on the face.

Somatic Face Therapy™

Calm the nervous system by combining facial massage, lymphatics, and acupressure. Here you’ll learn to activate the vagus nerve (the main nerve of the parasympathetic nervous system) via the head, neck, and face.

Teaching

You’ll learn how to teach and sequence a class, even if you’ve never taught before! You’ll feel confident to teach in any environment, and understand the different approaches needed to coach a group vs. 1:1.

Your certification journey

  • Structured Study: Content is dripped out alongside an outlined schedule and weekly reminders so you always know exactly what to study and when. The total commitment of self study is 3 hours weekly.

  • Two-Part Final Exam: The exam is divided into a multiple-choice section and a live demo class with Sophia. If you can't make that window, another time can be scheduled for you.

  • Global Certification: Once you pass, you receive an official HFL certificate with international accreditation to teach worldwide. You’ll also be featured on the HFL website directory to help promote your business."
