About the event

The eyes are often overlooked. But the eyes tell us so much about our physical and mental health.

If you wear glasses, you’re experiencing tired eyes, or tension in the eye cavity, this workshop helps you release the tension, leaving your eyes feeling relaxed and revitalized.

On the aesthetic end, if you’re noticing bags, dark circles, or lines around the eyes, this is the workshop for you.

 

Strengthen

  • Learn exercises to assist with improving or maintaining eyesight ( in the case you wear glasses, these exercises will help in vision not worsening )
  • Brighten and Open eyes
  • Lift drooping eyelids

Firm

  • Diminish fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes
  • Reduce and prevent Crows Feet
  • Decrease Under Eye bags and Dark Circles
