When we feel good, we look good! In this class, we’re focussing on recognizing our repetitive facial expressions, and retraining the facial muscles. 9:00- 9:30- Gut Health

Our skin is a direct feedback system of what is happening inside our bodies and when our gut is stressed out and you are not eliminating toxins properly, your skin will reflect that. Clients often struggle with constipation leading to breakouts and a grey tinge to their complexion. Think of it this way, fo flow = no glow.  During our session, I’ll explain how to remove common triggers from your diet, nourish your gut, and teach exercises to stimulate healthy & satisfying bowel movements.

9:30 - 10:00 AM- Facial Massage

The most important factor in having glowing skin, is healthy blood flow. If you’re noticing dullness/ lacklustre skin, this facial massage is for you! Wake up your facial muscles while stimulating lymphatic drainage, giving your skin instantly radiant and glowing!
