The focus of this workshop is on strengthening your Orbicularis Oculi (eye muscles). The exercises you'll learn relieve eye cavity tension, lift your eyelids, reduce dark circles, puffy eyes, and reduce eye wrinkles. These are simple and effective exercises you can do at your desk while driving or anytime your eyes are open (so pretty much any time you're not sleeping!)
